BOUTIQUE BARGAIN

Shopping yesterday, I came across this beauty in the Topshop sale. It was the only one of its kind and by some sort of miracle was my size. There was no doubt that I had to purchase this Boutique bargain! RRP £75 marked down to only £35, it is 100% Silk and a gorgeous nude colour. I love the slouchy, over sized shapelessness it has and looks surprisingly flattering on. This is perfect, to either dress down with thick tights/ leggings and black boots for the winter, or dress up with some dainty point heels. Already planning to wear this to celebrate the new year in. Now I need to find some statement jewellery to add to it.

HELMUT LANG PRE-FALL 13

Helmut Lang's Pre-Fall 2013 is very different to their bright collection of Spring 2013 and consists of only three colours: black, gray and blue. They have used materials such as linen and then contrasted this with patches of leather, on 'boxier, boyish silhouettes'. These are my favourite pieces from the collection.

MONOCHROME DREAMS

Why is it that winter always makes you want to discard every item of bright clothing you own and then replace them with a wardrobe full of monochrome goodies. This winter, I will be doing just this (well as much as my purse strings will allow me!). Black, white and gray, is my palette of choice for this A/W season, and I will be balancing this out with bright red lips and chunky gold costume jewellery.
